Using a juicer is one of the easiest methods in which you can add all of these to your diet in one go. Simply add vegetables and fruits such as wheat grass, parsley, carrots and celery to a juicer and drink this as breakfast or along with your lunchtime meal. You should also consider using a daily multivitamin if you are not getting enough nutrients from your diet. Ideally, you should be looking for calcium, magnesium, vitamins a, d & e as well as zinc. All of these have proven to have a positive impact on skin conditions such as chronic eczema.

Cure your itch with oatmeal!

If you are suffering from very itchy patches with your chronic eczema, you should take a look at bathing in an oatmeal bath. There is no need to scrub the skin with this ingredient but just adding a cup or two of oatmeal to a warm water bath and soaking for around twenty minutes will help to relieve not only the inflammation but also the itching.
