Yes, afraid so. I had eczema years and years ago which affected lots of my body including my penis, now I have psoriasis which (yes) also affects my penis. Dry, red, scaly, sore skin which makes sex impossible. I treat it with a steroid cream, which always works, but the problem does recur. I am undertaking a radical overhaul of my diet at the moment to see if I can get it to ease off.
