Help with eczema on my …. (nothing crude btw)?

I have eczema on my bum cheek and it’s really big and I can’t stop scratching it at night. Is there any suggestions to stop myself from picking and scratching it?
LOL! No, my bum cheek isn’t big – the eczema is because I scratch it so much in my sleep!!
